I started working for Akins Excavating in the summer of 2001 at the age of 13. In 2006 I joined the Akins crew full time and over the years have progressed from a general laborer to the site foreman. I feel blessed that as of July 1st 2023 my wife Jessica and I are the proud owners of Akins Earthworks and Pool’s. We are excited for this stage of our lives and to see what the future brings. On a personal note Jessica our two children and I enjoy spending time in the local community, biking on the pumpkin vine, enjoying nature at Bonneyville Mills or grabbing a quick cone. We spend a majority of our weekends enjoying our beautiful fiberglass pool and grilling in our backyard.
